Editorial Policy
Journal of Global Chartered Management(JGCM) shall strive to uphold highest quality standards in Global Management Practices and Public Policy research.
Each research paper/article received for Consideration of publication shall undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure quality and applicability of all published items to the scope of journal.
JGCM shall ensure a speedy review process so that the authors obtain communication regarding improvement/selection/rejection within 6-8 weeks of submission.
JGCM shall publish research papers/articles in the following categories:
In functional area of Management: Organisation & Management, Human Resource Management(HRM), Finance, Marketing, , Operations Management & Information Technology,
In the specialised areas like International Trade. Supply Chain Management, Environmental Management, Healthcare Management, Cross-Cultural and Global Management, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Retail, Energy & Environment etc.
Critique of Public Policy having a bearing on Global business environment & Management.
Critique of Public Policy having an impact on our natural environment, sustainable management.
Development issues having a bearing on Global business or quality of life of the people.
JGCM shall publish both empirical and conceptual research papers, reflective articles, notes and commentaries, case studies, colloquium, interviews, brief biographical essays and book reviews.
Contributors are welcome to discuss ideas for colloquium, case studies, interviews, book reviews etc. with the Editor.
Journal may publish special issue to focus on a theme of global importance. Such projects will be handled by Guest Editors drawn from the Editorial Advisory Panel of JGCM.
JGCMshall publish conference volume to disseminate body of knowledge evolving out of the conferences, conclave and workshops organized by Institute of Chartered Management from time to time.
JGCMmaintains zero tolerance for plagiarism. Authors using copyrighted material without appropriate references shall be summarily blacklisted.
JGCM publishes any worthwhile item in good faith and does not bear any liability whatsoever for breach of trust. In case of copyright violations, contributors alone shall be accountable.
JGCM may levy a nominal publication fee in order to defray the cost of print and online editions.
